Hall

​If you are using the hall and there is an emergency or urgent need that can’t wait, please ring 01843 592562 or go to the vicarage. If no answer ring Andrew on ​07563563563. 

We have a lovely hall, with a good kitchen, tables, chairs and a stage. Bouncy Castles are allowed (if they fit) and the hall is often used for children’s birthday parties.

You can book a one-off or occasional session using Skedda for £23 per hour. There are instructions on how to do this below.

If you would like to have a regular weekly booking, then the charge is £20 for the first hour of the session and £9 for subsequent hours. Please contact vicar@stlukesramsgate.org or 01843 592562 for more information.

Book using Skedda

1. Select the date and time and click on the calendar.
2. Adjust the length of time slot you want. The booking costs £21 per hour and must be for at least 3 hours. If you want the hall for a whole day (up to 8 hours), we can offer a £105 per day rate. Please contact us if you want more than 8 hours in one day.
3. Click on the green ‘book’ button at the top of the calendar and follow the instructions.
4.  You will be asked for credit or debit card details. These will not be charged until 6 days before the actual booking. You can cancel at any time before that and you will not be charged.
5.  There is no deposit, but in the unlikely event that damage is done, the hall is left in an untidy state or you fail to vacate before the end of your session we reserve the right to charge up to £50 to cover any costs incurred.
6. Please make sure you have read the Hall Booking Conditions.

When you have made the booking we’ll contact you to confirm these arrangements. We will send a reminder that payment is about to be made 4 days before charging you and once you are charged we will contact you about who will open the hall up for you.

If you don’t want to book online or would rather pay in cash, then please ring 01843 592562. There is an additional £10 booking fee for this method of booking.
